Since we all know I’m level 10 about ingredients, I do my best at not only finding companies who are transparent with their ingredient lists but also companies who really do give a shit.
So I thought I would just share what I love and why.

I love my stone, it feels nice & heavy in my hand and the instructional videos and tutorials are so helpful when you are first incorporating this practice into your life. Next up we have Zuma Nutrition. This company is a wealth of solid information regarding holistic health and how supportive herbs can be for healing. I love their trace minerals and liver detox. Perfect Supplements, I love the collagen from here. I use it when I make my Adrenal Cocktails, which help so my blood sugar doesn’t roller coaster when I drink it (from the OJ). I also love the desiccated liver and the bovine gelatin. I use the gelatin to make gut healing gummies (I eat about 5 of them a day).
